感言	第50期淨身斷食快樂營心得分享首先感謝歐陽英老師的慈悲和工作人員的辛苦，為了成就此一斷食因緣，而盡心盡力，席不暇暖。第一次參加斷食營覺得很輕鬆，一點也沒有飢餓感或口臭的情形，一點也不困難，而且課程緊湊；老師也很優秀、高興，所以光陰似箭，一天、兩天、三天一下子就過去了，也因為斷食而動作輕盈，這種感覺真是好棒。為因為日常生活從不運動，經過斷食營的「操兵練將」拉筋、毛巾操、遊龍功等等，讓我全身痠痛、疲倦不已，不過筋骨似乎比較靈活，也明白了運動的重要。由於課程緊湊，所以老師教的快速拉筋法等都已忘光了，故建議這麼好的師資，是否有講義或是錄影帶，可帶回終身運動。再一次感恩您們的辛苦謝謝 open catching a cheater I cheated on my wife open abortion pill side effect website discount prescriptions coupons 2015 cialis coupon coupons for prescription medications doxycycline doxycycline doxycycline forest laboratories patient assistance www bystolic com coupon bystolic patient assistance gabapentin 600 mg 3 times a day side effects gabapentin 600 mg 3 times a day side effects gabapentin 600 mg 3 times a day side effects
