一、讓身體保持潔淨

二、讓酸性體質變成弱鹼性(以鹼性食物取代過多的酸性食物)
- 多素少葷,多攝取鹼性食物
- 「多吃些生食」以增加體內酵素
三、營養要完整均衡
※全餐概念:日常飲食必須包含以下5項
- 全穀類
- 蔬菜類
- 海藻類
- 菇菌類
- 大豆類
四、實踐睡前助眠九步驟
- 熱薑湯泡腳30分鐘
- 喝金針菜湯200~300CC
- 用絲瓜絡乾刷全身15分鐘
- 洗澡

(1) Maintain the clean of our body.
a. Rejecting the pollution from food, water, air and interior.
b. Speeding up the rate of metabolism--Perspiration, urination and defecation.
※ The special method of increasing the frequency of daily defecation:
Grasp two important Timing:
a. Before go to bed at night--How to do?
b. After waking up in the morning--How to do?
(2) Replace more acid food with alkaline food.
a. More vegetarian diet, less meat.
b. Increase raw food that containing abundant enzymes.
(3) Keep the balance of nutrition
Consume adequate vitamins and minerals from the following food groups:
a. Whole grains
b. vegetables
c. seaweeds
d. mushrooms
e. soybeans
(4) 9 steps to help falling into sleep easily
a. Soak the feet in the hot ginger water for half hour.
b. Drink the warm daylily soup about 200-300cc
c. Brush whole body for 15 minutes with dry vegetable sponge.
d. Take a bath.
e. Take a walk or doing moderate sports for 20~30minutes.
f. Go to toilet before sleep
g. Write down your worry.
h. Knock your lower legs (yoga exercise)
